A small in expensive tank for etching PCB's, included is a small heater, air pump and clips to support printed circuit board. Switch on, raise temperature up to 42ºC, place circuit board in tank and switch on air pump. The board should be ready in 4 minutes. Suitable for boards no larger than 345 x 225mm

PCB PROCESSING TANKS
A range of process tanks allowing PCBs to be produced safely. All chemicals are held in a leak proof design high density polypropylene moulded tank. The tanks will accommodate boards up to 320 × 260mm (12.6 × 10.23”), each tank has a lid with integral board holder with side clips to ensure small boards no not fall out into the chemicals during processing. All splash proof electrical controls are located in a recessed panel on the front of the unit. All units are supplied with a siphon and an IEC mains lead with moulded 13A plug.

A simple tank containing two spray wash bars at the top. Used to rinse boards between developing, etching, stripping or tinning. Driven direct from the water mains (No electrical connection necessary), a bottom outlet tube permits used water to be drained to the waste.
