This adapter will allow electret microphones which
terminate in a 3-Pole mini XLR socket. To be connected
to a standard 3-Pole XLR microphone socket found on most mixing desks. The
mixer must have a phantom power supply suitable for the microphone
connected, typically between 9 and 48V dc.
